1 ملعقة صغيرة قشور الليمون
450g دقيق وتبقى الكمية حسب النوعية الدقيق
للحشو
250 g اجاص ممكن تعويضها بالتفاح
1 ملعقة طعام سكر
قرفة
ملعقة طعام زبدة
Ingredients

2 tablespoons well filled natural yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon peel
450g flour and the quantity remains according to the exact quality
for stuffing
